Cleardox is seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard New Customers: Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Product Newsletter: Manage and distribute updates on new features and product improvements through our newsletter.
  • Continuous Support: Provide ongoing support to ensure customers are utilizing our products effectively and efficiently.
  • User and Expert Meetings: Drive and lead meetings to gather feedback, which will be vital for our development team.
  • Customer Engagement Activities: Oversee activities such as the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Danish and English is a must.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus but not required.
